  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For “Make to Order” items, please allow 7–15 business days as our expert team meticulously crafts and inspects each piece to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards before shipment.

  • Global Delivery: We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs regulations.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a refund, the diamond must be returned in its original, unworn condition. It must be accompanied by all original packaging, grading certificates, and related documentation.

  • How to Initiate a Return: To start the process, please contact our support team. We will provide you with a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly differs from the product description. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  • Inspection & Approval: Upon arrival, our expert gemologists will inspect the returned item to verify its condition. Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will approve and initiate your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method. Note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction.
